Welcome to Springerville     ...to the Springerville Municipal Airport website.  Springerville Airport is located in the heart of North Eastern Arizona in the burgeoning town of Springerville.  Originally established in 1879, Springerville sits nestled in the White Mountains at an elevation of about 7000 feet.  Originating around Henry Springer's trading post, the town, along with it's neighbor Eagar, was incorporated in 1948.

US Forest Service Firefighter     Owned by the Town of Springerville the airport is a full-service, general aviation facility complete with fuel, maintenance and charter services.  In addition to its use by the public for general purposes, Springerville Airport also serves as emergency transportation hub for the local area residents, providing Air Ambulance support and acts as a seasonal base for the U.S. Forest Service's Smokejumpers.

Current Airport Information

Terminal     The Town of Springerville provides basic services 8 hours per day, 5 days a week with 2 days of on-call service.  24 hour support is available 365 days a year as pre-arranged between pilots and Operator.  Also available upon request are courtesy car, taxi service, hotel shuttle, car rental, catering and restaurant information.
