Introduction

The Town of Springerville is dedicated to keeping it's airport well maintained and fiscally sound.  Within the past year a $1.1 million dollar repair has been completed on the main runway.  Hangar development has begun and the Town has taken over the FBO service at the airport.
In the near future we will have self-serve fuel pumps and anticipate FAA funding to overlay the main runway 3-21 during the Spring/Summer of 2010.   In an effort to keep the Municipal Airport growing at a level to match and support the  nearby towns of Springerville and Eagar, we have several major airport projects currently in the works.  This includes projects that have already received funding from a Federal, State or Local source and projects that are actively being constructed at the present time.
